We had a play room which was always going to be turned into my room when we got old enough and that’s what we did. I talked to my dad and he agreed that it was the right thing to do. I had started puberty and had grown uncomfortable changing in front of my brother. When I was 12 my parents decided that it would be a good idea for us to have separate rooms. We’d change in front of each other, occasionally share a shower, and use the toilet at the same time. We hadn’t hit puberty yet and didn’t have the shyness that comes with it. He’s 3 years younger than me so for a long time that wasn’t a problem. I’m currently 21 but this is about something that happened a couple years back… I guess I should introduce myself…My name is Charlie and my brother’s name is Steven.

It is a work of fiction and I intend to write several more chapters. This is my first attempt at a story so I would appreciate any comments, suggestions, and criticisms.
